Easily access live in-app chat support across Formstack products
We now offer live in-app chat support for customers of our Formstack products. Customers can access real-time help from 8 AM to 4 PM ET directly from the Resource Center—speeding up troubleshooting and helping teams resolve issues faster.
Introducing our new Form Builder: build faster, work smarter in Intellistack Streamline
We introduced early access to a redesigned Form step in Streamline. With an integrated, inline builder, you can create forms more intuitively and map data directly into workflows. The new builder includes early support for checkbox and radio fields, with more field types on the way, as well as a new way to do logic and calculations in early 2026. With cleaner layouts, improved mapping, and multi-page forms that guide users naturally, it sets the foundation for easier and more intuitive form building.
Send data anywhere with the new Deliver Data Step
The new Deliver Data step lets you send workflow data from Intellistack Streamline to any connected system, not just back to its original source. Update records in one system, create new records in another, or sync data across multiple destinations, all within a single automated workflow. With the Deliver Data step, you can send data to any connected Dataset as part of your workflow.
Manage document and contract storage with new data retention control
Intellistack Streamline’s new account-level Document Storage Control helps customers meet strict security and compliance requirements. When enabled, documents from collaboration and signature workflows are automatically deleted once workflows complete, with clear warnings and admin notifications.This new control helps organizations meet stricter compliance requirements while reducing manual steps.

Intellistack Streamline
- Upgraded Authentication Platform — We upgraded our login system to deliver a more secure, flexible authentication experience. This change lays the groundwork for features like SCIM, Passkeys, and easier custom SSO setup—while also reducing friction for you and your team.
- Organization Profile Manager — The new Organization Profile Manager gives Admins transparency and control over the organizational data that will power Streamline's upcoming AI features. Review and edit information like your industry, tech stack, and brand identity now, so when personalized workflow recommendations and integration suggestions launch, they'll be tailored accurately to your organization from day one.
- Document Storage Control — The new account-level document storage control feature provides you with control over how your documents are stored in Streamline. When enabled, all collaboration documents are automatically deleted once workflows complete, helping you meet strict compliance requirements without ongoing manual intervention. The feature includes clear impact warnings before activation and sends notifications to all Admins whenever the security setting is toggled.
- Sign Audit Trail Improvements — This enhancement adds significant detail to signature certificates in Streamline. A newly designed audit trail includes complete user attribution information such as IP addresses, device, and browser information.
- Forms Step (new): Early Access — We're providing early access to our redesigned Form builder, purposefully built to make form creation faster and more intuitive. The new Form step is the foundation for the future of data collection in Streamline. With a fully integrated, inline builder, it simplifies data mapping and sets the stage for upcoming innovations in multi-modal form experiences. For now, the current form builder step remains available for all your production needs.

Forms & Workflow Builder
- Notification email recipient mapping — Resolved an issue where mapping a recipient field to a form field in notification email steps would disappear when reopening the step configuration
- Form field label display — Workflow Logic field labels now display correctly on initial selection without requiring users to click away and return
- Time field visibility settings — Time inputs in the Forms step now properly respect the "hide time" setting and no longer display when disabled
- Text selection in branch logic — Input fields in branch logic steps now maintain focus properly, allowing text to be selected, deleted, and edited as expected
- Notification step field removal — The "X" button now correctly saves field removals in notification steps
- From label display — From label fields in notification/document delivery steps no longer display scroll bars and can be edited properly
- Project icon overflow — Project icons on the landing page now display correctly when multiple integrations are involved
Data Integration & Datasets
- Data delivery field deletion — Data delivery steps no longer automatically delete fields when selecting entity fields after mapping values
- Forms to Documents data mapping — Resolved inconsistent data merging behavior in Documents and Sign steps and fixed address field duplication issues
- Dataset entity visibility — Entities outside the initial 1,000 record load now properly display when editing datasets
- Salesforce entity metadata — Salesforce entities reliability enhancements.
- PostgreSQL connection — PostgreSQL databases can now be connected using IP addresses as the host

- Workflow session initialization — Resolved issues preventing workflow sessions from starting, including problems with complex workflows containing large data volumes
- Builder loading — Resolved issue where clicking "Open Builder" would result in a blank canvas
- Unintended step creation — Eliminated intermittent bug where steps were being added to workflows unexpectedly
- Workflow step connections — Workflow step linking arrows now remain visible after deleting mid-workflow steps
User Management & Authentication
- User invitation workflow — UI no longer crashes when adding invited users to workflows before they accept invitations
- Profile picture display — Admin user profile pictures now display consistently across the Streamline interface
- SAML user provisioning — Changing IdP groups that control user roles no longer creates duplicate user accounts
- Organization switcher — Organization switcher now correctly switches between organizations instead of returning to the same org
- Organization profile updates — Profile updates no longer fail when colorPalettes or typeface fields contain null values
Notifications & Email
- Slack notification formatting — Removed HTML markup from appearing in Slack notification messages
- Email recipient handling — Multiple recipients in notification steps now receive a single email with all recipients visible, rather than individual emails
